The Total Gym totally does it all. There are so many exercise options available to me. I look forward every day to using it.

Great piece of equipment

I am nearing retirement and had hoped to purchase a Total Gym once I retired and relocated. My main source of sustained exercise was walking, sit-ups and using my treadmill. Then, I needed foot surgery, so I knew the treadmill would be out of the question for months. Thus, I purchased the Total Gym XLS. It was perfect because there was no impact on my foot and I could still get a good workout. Very, very pleased with it; I use it every day, even though I am now back on the treadmill. My only disappointment--Chuch Norris did not arrive in the box with it!
Pros: Easy To Use, Comfortable, Sturdy

I so love this product. I have it set up in my living room and most evenings I will turn on some mindless TV program and hop on the Total Gym and before I know it 30-45 min. have passed.I love the ease of switching from one exercise to another. I am unable to comment on the ease of storing because in the 41/2 months I have owned this I have not put it away at all!

Great for any age

I am 64, active and fit but was losing strength and flexibility in my shoulders, upper back and arms. Weight training helps the strength issue but put too much stress on my shoulder and elbow joints. What I like most about Total Gym is the great range of motion and the hard workout for my shoulders and upper body without stress on my joints. Total Gym is easy to use, gives a great workout and the exercise guides are great.

i use it 3 day a week for 1 hour i have never felt so good about any other exercise equipment and i own several. My blood presuer is under control,lose several pounds, just feel really good. i have nothing bad to say just thank you for your promotional that made it affordable for me after i spent so much on other equipment i am happy i purchase the total jym
