I enjoy that there is a detailed chart that shows you how to perform each exercise. This machine comes with so mnay options on the DVD's I find it hard for anyone to get bored with it. I recently had weight loss surgery and needed a piece of equipment I could start at 0 on and work my way up. This was it! I would reccomend this product to anyone that is looking for a great tool to shape there body and spirit!
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy Storage, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Quiet
Cons: Hard To Set Up

I wore my first Total Gym out!

I had owned one years ago when I was in amazing shape now that I am 45 and about to go in for surgery my illness has taken a toll physically. Right now I can do small general moves on my Total Gym I cannot wait to get back to the old me!
Pros: Easy Storage, Sturdy, Comfortable, Results Are Amazing

I like the ease of set up and take down. The operations and exercises are smooth and you can really get a good rhythm going. The only thing I would change are the ankle straps. They are bulky and don't fit my skinny ankles well, though the rings are great for adduction and abduction leg work. The Pilates videos are also a great addition and give the user another variety of training.

I have been using the Total Gym for 6 months, along with my treadmill and I am totally feeling and looking great. I have been toning and best of all I am not bored with the equipment. This was the best purchase for me, because my exercise room did not have high ceilings so this was a perfect solution. My legs are stronger and I went from a sz 10 to a sz 6 so far and I use it 5 days a week. The only thing I am having a hard time with is the ab exercises. I even purchased the cycle. Love it.

I use the total gym 30 minutes a day doing a total body workout. I glide from exercise to exercise without any interuption for great heart rate workout. Haven't had a problem with it.

I use the total gym every chance possible. I had a baby girl and gained 30 pounds which have come right off thanks to total gym. I love the DVDs really help me to stay focus and target all my body. I would say the only inconvenient thing about it is it's weight is a little hard to move it around.
