Totally Love my Total Gym

It is perfect for me. I had ordered the larger model from the infomercial but it was too heavy, too bulky, too expensive! So I ordered this one and retuned the expensive one. I love this one because I can easily move it and it came with all the attachments I needed (I'm not trying to become Mr. America. It also came with some of the same videos and material as the expensive gym. I totally love it for my single life style and apartment living.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Quiet, Comfortable, Strengthens

Two Dress Sizes in 17 Days

To boost diet plan, 17-Day Diet which is not a diet. Since I have had it I have lost 29 lbs and 2 dress sizes. I actually lost 2 dress sizes in 17 Days. It awkward to set up.
Pros: Comfortable, Strengthens, Sturdy
Cons: Not that easy to set up

I use the cycle for the cardio portion of my workout, and then easily transition to the other set-up. The thing that I wish was better is an istruction booklet on what/how the different function buttons work.

I use this product 3 times a week. It has given me much more stamina than I had before! My overall health is much better. The CD's that come with it are very informative and help you get the results your looking for. The only thing I do not like is that my hair sometimes gets caught.

Was very excited about the new product. Was akward to set up but once up me personally have room just left it up. Love the ease of the unit and how smooth it is to operate. Works for me. Thanks Total Gym Team...!!

The overall workout you get from this piece of equipement is great. However it is not as easy to put up and take down as was described in the video I watched. Simply cannot not do either one by myself. That was the only thing i could say badly about the total gym.

I have osteoporosis and need to work out to help to maintain bone strength. I thought the Total Gym would allow me to do that and it has. I enjoy my workouts and use it at least 5 times a week.
