This is the most awesome piece of equipment, I have ever purchased (and not sat there for lack of) the XLS comes with alot of extra pieces of equipment, it is so simple to put together and the workout is so amazing. You will actually feel the workout and parts of your body that well in need of. It is a feel good workout when you know it is working. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing this do so. You will be glad you did.

Fast and Focused!!

At 33 years of age I have a 68 year old bone structure. The total gym allows me to work out and not damage my bones from heavy weights; giving me the ability to keep active.

The total gym has brought my muscle mass index up and returned it in just a few short weeks, to where it was 5 years ago. I am overweight, but I can already feel a change in the way my clothes fit. The only down part is it does not fit under most beds, and is combersome to take down and move. Great piece of equipment. Looking forward to the next 4 weeks. My husband Marty bought this for me for Christmas> Love it ! It's nice to know at 55 I can get in shape.

A Core Super conditioning machine!

as a professional ski instructor a solid core is essential to perform at a high level, the Total Gym is an extrodinary core strengthening machine, the very best for hitting the core from every angle possible, I Love it!!

I've never been so consistent working out like I am now that I have it. Total Gym its like a magnet for me (including my wife and two kids) It never gets old, I love it's versatility. I can clearly see the results and I'm going for more!

I just like the fast easy change from one workout to another. I mostly do the upper body work and a little with the legs. Oh yah some ab work.
