I USE THE TOTAL GYM EVERY CHANCE I GET. SOMETIMES THREE TIMES A DAY, DEPENDING HOW I FEEL THAT DAY. IT'S AN EXCELLENT WAY TO STAY IN SHAPE AND STAY HEALTHY. I was very surprised with the total gym. I thought it was going to be another gimmick that wasn't really going to work. I decided to buy it for myself as a gift to me. How surprised and impressed am I? VERY! Totally impressed! Totally love it! It works every part of my body from my head to my toes and in between. I started using my total gym faithfully on January 9, 2012. I've been watching what I eat and working out 5 days a week. I alternate days to work out the upper/lower body. In these past 4 & 1/2 weeks I've lost 12 lbs. I am very happy, have nothing bad or negative to say, and I tell everyone about it. I'm just sorry I waited so long to buy it. Thanks Chuck and Christie for introducing me to my total gym.

I have MG and it is hard to work out. Having this in my home I can work out when I feel like it and when I can. I have to work out better-not longer and this helps me do just that. I have not seen big results, but when I finish I feel better and the next day I can feel all the muscles I have worked out while on my total gym.

I try and get up early 5 days during the week to do a 20 min workout..when I do get the ambition to get up and do it I feel great!! I just need the ambition to get up!! It is a great piece of a machine I've tried others and they weren't what they said. I Love it!! I just need to use it more..

The total gym is compact but gives me all the workout tools I need to strengthen/firm up. Not trying to lose a lot of weight just firm up and it is awesome!

I love this machine! Easy to use and with so many different videos and exercises avaiable, you don't get bored! The only suggestion I have is there is so many vidoes and exercises, I wasn't sure where to start at. I use the starter video and the short workouts right now but not really sure what order you should work throught them in.
