I love having a Total gym in my home!

I use my total gym nightly around 8 pm in the evening or sometimes after I walk 3 miles in the morning. It has made my arms firm not flabby anymore and given me more strength in my back muscles. The nice thing is that it's there all set up ready to go at any moment.

I Love my Total Gym

I've enjoyed the Total Gym from the first day I got it set up. That did take a while, and some advice from my husband. It's been great for low-impact workouts. My heart rate climbs, but I don't get the unbearable soreness of other workouts. It use it each morning, and have less pain

The Instructions on how to set up were very effective.The DVDs are excellent.The delivery was prompt.The Total Gym actually encourages one to exercise. I like that you can put the height at different levels so you can build on your endurance.The variety of exercises are also great.I think it is a very good piece of equipment for anyone who is interested in fitness.

Great for people like me that have had a had a total hip replacement and have arthritis in most of my joints. I had no flexibility in my joints couple of months now I'm much more flexible .....great
