I use the gym on a regular basis. The only problem is that the slide hits the bolts above the stop when it is at the bottom of the rail. I called to have a new one sent to me but it has not arived. It has been over 3-weeks. The slide safety clips are bent. It must have happend at the factory or in shipping. I called as soon as I noticed it soon after I opened and started to use the machine. I am a former college football player (UCLA) and have been working out for close to 50-Yrs with free weights. I was also into Power Lifting for several years. I am 6'4" weigh about 250-lbs. and am in fairly good shape. I like the Total Gym because it takes less time than the weights, less room and it is easier on my joints.

I use this product 3-4 some times 5 times a week. I named it Ted. I tell my friends we have a relationship because i work very hard at working out lol.It is so much better than going to the gym and waiting for machines. I have even gotten a few friends to get it. ive made up a few of my own exercises, and shared with my friends. hands down the best machine ever!

Impress your teenage son

I bought this as a gift for my 16 year old for Christmas. I thought, since he admired Chuck Norris, I might be able to get him to use it. It has since turned into a family affair! We all enjoy using it. We are all working on weight loss and fitness goals. It's a wonderful thing to have in our home!

Cons: Not that easy to store

I love my AB attachment. After just a few times I am seeing the difference. The Total Gym allows me to work out in the house without bothering the rest of the family. Very quiet.

We use the TotalGym daily, and the workout cards and DVDs are easy and fun to use. It's very sturdy and quiet. If you have long hair, a pony-tail isn't good enough - putting it up in a cap or hat is recommended!
