A Great Product

Chemo left me in a condition that makes it more difficult to exercise and stay in shape. The Total Gym helps ease the burden and allows me to get the exercise I need, at my own pace. I feel good when I use my Total Gym.

This product is easy to use, convenient, effective, and low impact. I have never really exercised much and I have problems with feet pain. I am able to use this equipment and it doesn't hurt my feet, to lose weight, to improve my health, and to lose some of my medication.

A Great Product, But not For Seniors

This is a well designed exercise machine. However, it's a short sliding board for tall or long waisted folks. And no locking device on the board to make it easier for folks with bad knees or back, to get on at a higher position than right off the floor. Getting up from the bottom is not easy on senior folks.This machine is great at stretching and working more muscles in a shorter time span than anything else. Hopefully future designs will correct my dislikes.

Best Equipment Ever!

I had wanted to get a Total Gym ever since my physical therapist worked me out on one after my knee surgery in 2008. I knew that as soon as I could afford it, I would get one. I've never been big on exercising and always had trouble with my weight. I also knew that a Total Gym would be my best bet on the exercise front of my weight loss efforts. Its easy to use and you can go at your own pace. I don't have to worry about other people watching me work out, which I hate. I look forward to using my Total Gym for many years to come. Thank you for such a great product!
