I bought the Total Gym as a gift to myself. When I saw the advertisements I was still on bedrest after having been physically hit by an automobile in 2011. I was on foot. The impact of the car hitting me from behind literally launched me into the air about 15-20 feet right over the hood of a Corvette, bounced off the pavement, into a brick wall. From what the doctors in the trauma center told me I am very lucky to be alive! The Total Gym has been a Godsend in my rehabilitation. I like it because I can go at my own pace and I can use it when I want...even if that means when I wake up in the middle of the night and I can't get back to sleep. After several weeks I am really starting to notice a difference over all; especially in my balance and body strength. Thank you Total Gym! I am a very satisfied customer!

I just don't use it that much because it is such a pain to keep changing the different pieces with each different exercise. It does work well when I do use it though.

I have wanted a Total Gymn for years. I finally was able to buy one. I am thrilled with it except it makes me sick at my stomach when I use it. The feeling will last all day. I am not a sickly person. So I am trying to solve this problem. I've heard it's because I take high blood pressure medicine that it messes up my balance. I'm not sure. I use my total gym XL daily and couldn't be more satisfied with the product. Easy to use and quiet. We have it in an upstairs bedroom we converted to a work out room. Fits great in the space. Set up was easy. I haven't used all the accessories yet, but I will in time.

Great Gym at Home

After being in the hospital just days after receiving my XLS, I have been able to strengthen my breathing capacity and start toning up again. It is heavy and not as easy to put up and take down, but once it is up I enjoy the wide bench and hooking up the stirrups to work on those arms and abdominal muscles. THANK YOU BECAUSE I TRULY ENJOY MY XLS.. :-)
