Easy to use, even for a 54 year old

I try to use the total gym 4 to 6 times a week. After 3 months I've settled into level 2. I follow the 4 page booklet. It only takes 20 minutes or so and doesn't push me too hard. The total gym's ease of use helps me keep coming back. The gym is a bit low to the ground and changing positions can be challenging. Since I stay home alot, with my elderly, stroke victim, 84 year old mother, I do not have time to go to the gym after my full time job, as a rural carrier. Having the total gym at home is why I purchased it. I only hope I can continue and keep it part of my daily/weekly routine. I feel it releases my stress and I am able to feel muscles that I haven't used a a while. I haven't found the time to review all the CD's that came with the total gym, but when I do, my goal is to incorporate additional moves into the daily routine.

Cons: Low to the ground
