Total Gym - The first thing i do in the morning and the last thing i do at night before going to bed. I have more energy and lost 20 lbs in 3 months. Its easy, fun and enjoyable.

Very easy to use. Makes me want to work out and stay fit. Very quier, can watch my shows and work out at my time of day. Dont have to waste time and gas to go to a gym.

I have been using this gym since December 2011. I was diagnosed with diabetes and hypertension. Since I have been using this gym I lost 26 lbs. and many inches and still going. It really has changed my life. I can incorporate my workout any time I want, 10 mins. or 1 hr. It really has helped my keep my numbers in check. Thanks TOTAL GYM.

I love that my whole family can use it. My 7 year old has them in her gym class and has shown me her workouts from school! With low supervision, my 4 year old can workout with the rest of us on equipment that can fit her size and ability. Even my pro-athelete, skeptic husband now enjoys working out with the Total Gym. It's fun to change up my workouts between pilates, cardio, and strength. Great piece of equipment.

This product was delivered quickly and it came right out of the box ready to go. Directions were easy to follow and videos were very helpful with usage, storage and maintaining equipment.

I have seen this product multiple times on the tv and thought, just like other products that they are just trying to get money and I know it's not that good. Well, knowing how my husband loves to work out and as the years progressed, still seeing the commercial, I said it does look pretty good, and is worth a try. Now I'm glad that I purchased one. My husband loves it, my daughters love it, and me being a non athlete even loves it. I am very satisfied and now tell others that they ought to get one!!!
