Great product at a good price!

I am 62 years old, 72 inches tall and 300 lbs. I was not sure that this product would work for me but I was pleasantly surprised that it does work for me and indeed exceeds my expectations. It is easy to use and has a very smooth operation. I would suggest that your instructions include writing down the serial number before putting the product together as it is much harder to locate when the product is put together.

I purchased the Total Gym because I couldn't fit going to the gym into my schedule regularly. I use it almost every day. It is excellent. It is easy and convenient to use. There are so many options and ways to use the machine. A total body workout.

Exceeded expectations!!!

I did not have time to go to the gym in the morning with my wife because I had to go to work. But we are very health concious so I knew I needed a plan and this TG has exceeded my expectations. I love the DVD's because there are various lengths from 6-7 minutes to 45 minutes so there is always time to workout. No excuses!

The Total Gym is one of the best purchases I have ever made. My wife uses it as much as I do. I use it about 4 to 5 times a week and find it to be very easy to use.

I have never been one for working out even though I know I should and I love my total gym even though I am still on the lowest level I can already tell a huge difference especially in my abs and my upper body strength is also improving. Finally a work out I enjoy!
