I love the ab cruncher, very effective! You have to be careful not to overdo it, you don't realize what a powerful workout you are getting until a day or two afterward.

Use at east every other day, some times daily. Easy set up and compact unit, one pices of equipment verses half a dozen or more.

Use virtually every day; primarily focusing on the Days 2 & 3 of the workouts suggested for women. I need mostly for abs and legs. Abs are getting flatter, and that's surprising as the exercises are so easy. The first day was difficult, so I sat for about 5 days looking at the equipment despising it. Then, decided to get with the program, and loving it ever since; and now I'm finding the workouts easy, so have to up my game. But that's so easy as all one has to do is raise the bar!...or reps...or eventually just what you are doing. Everything is there for you, and is so easy to follow in suggested workouts.

Cons: I'm lazy leave set up

I use the Total Gym to compliment my workout at my local gym. Its also great if I don't have time to go to my gym I just go down to my basement and workout at home. Best investment ever.

This is a great home gym, I couldn't ask for a better product. My whole family uses it, from my wife to 3 teenage boys. We do high repetition exercises for both weight loss and strength. I have been a free weight gym guy for about 28 years now and I love the fact that I can get the same workout with this machine. I took advantage of the 60% discount, great value.

I really like this product, I find it easy to use and I can see the results. I even have my kids using it now. the only downside so far is, with my total gym being only 2 months old, the coating on the cables is already starting to crack and will likely need to be replaced sooner then later. I only hope that I will not billed for this as I think it should hold up longer then 2 months. otherwise I love my total gym.
