BEST EXCERSIZE EQUIPMENT I'VE OWNED

LIKE EVERY ONE ELSE IN THE U.S.A. I WATCHED CHUCK NORRIS TRY HIS BEST TO SELL US ON BUYING A TOTAL GYM. LIKE SO MANY OTHER'S I FIGURED,OF COURSE HE WAS ONLY GOING TO SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT SINCE HE WAS GETTING PAID TO DO JUST THAT.THEN ONE DAY A COUSIN OF MINE POSTED ON HER FACEBOOK PAGE HOW MUCH SHE LIKED HER TOTAL GYM AND HOW EASY IT WAS TO USE. I KNEW SHE WOULDN'T LIE SO I THOUGHT I MAY AS WELL TRY IT TO. I ORDERED ONE THROUGH THE WEBSITE AND TRIED IT FOR 30 DAYS FOR A DOLLAR. I KNEW WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK THAT IT WAS MINE TO KEEP AS IT IS THE MOST EFFICENT, COMFORTABLE, EASY TO SET UP AND MAINTAIN PIECE OF EXCERSIZE EQUIPMENT I'VE EVER OWNED. IT TOOK LONGER TO UNPACK IT THAN IT DID TO ST IT UP AND BEGIN USING IT.IT'S EXTERMELY STURDY, HAS WELL MADE PADDED CUYSHIONS, SET'SUP IN SWECONDSAND STORING IT IS A BREEZE, JUST FOLD IT UP , STASH IT BEHIND A DOOR IN A CLOSET OR UNDER THE BED. I COULD GO ON FOR EVER ABOUT THE TOTAL GYM XLS. I HIGHLY RECCOMMENT THAT ANYONE THAT WANTS TO LOSE WEIGHT OR BUILD MUSLE TAKE THE PLUNGE AND AT LEAST TRY ONE TODAY. ONCE YOU TRY IT , YO WILL MNOST CERTAINLY BUY IT.

Total Gym XLS for Christmas

I am a 53 year old, single woman who wanted to lose a bit of weight and tone up. I never really got into the whole exercise mentality and initially liked the idea of a home gym I could lay down and use. (Tells you my exercise habits and goals in that one sentence, doesn't it). I had the "cheaper" version from a local store years ago and loved it. When I moved, I didn't have room for it, so I had to let it go. I tried gym memberships, even have access to a gym at work, but the only thing that worked for me was the Total Gym. So now that I have a place that could accomodate the length of the product, I looked again at getting it and wanted to buy the "real" thing this time because I already knew I would love it. Surprise, my parents paid for it for my Christmas present! Bonus! Love the freedom of the ten minute workouts and being able to workout on my schedule, in my home! As an unexpected benefit, I have found that it helps with my scoliosis, by decompressing and stretching my back. Best purchase for my health ever!

I love doing the ski slalom on this. It's easy to adjust the height and the action is smooth.

I use the Total Gym as a little to no impact exercise machine. Several years ago I had a rare form of cancer and two of my quradracepts had to be removed so Total Gym meets my needs perfectly. I recommend it to all my friends and aquaintences.
