Already seeing a difference

I've been following the suggested beginner workout plan. Since about the third use (I've had it 2 months) I decided to do 3 reps of each set of exercises. I'm using the Total Gym minimally 3x's per week. I also walk/jog 3.5 miles approximately 4's per week. I had been doing the walk/jog for over a year to avoid weight gain. I quit smoking and the greatest relapse risk for me is weight gain. Although I had done the 3.5 mile cardio 5x's per week without fail since my quit date in August 2010 I still gained 28 lbs from quitting. I bought the Total Gym this past December to not only lost the weight I had gained, but to avoid the holiday gain. I've lost 6 lbs in the past 2 months by reducing my cardio to 3-4x's per week and adding the adapted beginner workout offered with the Total Gym. I'm well on my way and motivated for more. Thank you, it was worth every penny.

Heavy Duty and Smooth

Received the XLS as a gift after formerly owning an entry level model. I love the beefy components of the XLS and its smooth as glass. Great for strengthing and stretching.

Total gym is easy to set up and move between the different exercises. Unlike other gyms, I can work all the different areas without having to change machines or a lengthy set-up. I stowes away easily, so I can keep it in my bedroom and use it more.

Gives good stretch

Used 4 to 5 days a week for resistance training with the weight bar added. Good for cardio workout and great for stretching out. Overall it is a good piece of workout equipment.

I use the Total Gym 3-4 times a week and I have noticed incredible results. I have tried just about every workout out their to tighten up the backs of my legs and my booty, but nothing worked. With the Total Gym I am finally losing that extra fat on my hamstrings. My banana rolls have almost completely disappeared! Lady's you know what I mean.

Great Quality

Great quality. Since I weigh in the 200+ lb. area, the product is really durble. I use the product regularly to maintain muscle mass and stay fit. The only quam I have is that the clap/eye hook for the cables tend to wedge in the pully. Othey than that it works just a good as the one I got 5 years ago except I am able to do more excercises with the new one.

Great product for a total gym at HOME

I love the easy of use I work 12 hour shift so I can sneak in a quick work out before and after work.I love that I can do multiple work outs on one piece .Only dislike are the grips hurt your hands at high inclines like the old grips better.
