I have had a Total Gym for about 15 years (I'm 83 yrs.) The first Total Gym I owned was excellent, but since I was moving out of town, I gave it to a church for their recreation center. The complex at my new home had a gym, so I'd not need it, I thought. Oops, that was a mistake -- I really missed my Total gym after being here a short time. Yeh, the gym is fine, but you guessed it, I bought the XLS. One can get an entire body workout. It's very easy to use. It has helped me maintain my same weight over the years Just love it.
Pros: Quiet, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Comfortable

Received as a family gift. Everyone but my wife uses it, so far. Kids don't want to stay off. I wish it was easier to add and remove attachments, but it is easy to use and not very noisy.
Pros: Quiet, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Comfortable
Cons: Hard To Use

I use the Total Gym 4 times a week, and enjoy it. I had some reservations at first but have been a believer since the first time I used it. The only problem is the fenders had to be modified to keep from catching on the rails.
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet, Comfortable, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Fit and finish

I work out six to seven days a week both upper and lower body and cardiovascular. This equipment has already put ten extra yards on my golf game. Thanks Total Gym.

I was very obtomistic about buying this machine but after seeing the results my sister had gotten from using it after three months, I was sold! Not only did I buy one but my mom also purchased one as well. I use it every day for about 35 minutes and I have lost 11lbs and down a pants size in just 4 weeks. It doesn't feel like I am doing much but the next day I can truly feel what the machine is doing to my muscles. Try it you will love it ones you get into using it daily and seeing the results it is the best of all rewards!!
