Exactly what I was looking for FABULOUS

Working out everyday even with just the 6-8 minute workouts gets the different muscle groups on a different day... LOVE IT The leg pulleys just a bit annoying with the cable going across my face...otherwise I am not at ALL disappointed.
Cons: Noisy

I use it to build strength and increase energy level. The exercise schedules that are available are really helpful.

I use this as an aid in my swimming regimine. I have bad shoulders and find it much more forgiving than push ups. I can strengthen most of the musles I typicaly use and over-use in my pool work. It is expensive but still a great tool. Well worth the money for me. Jeff Geyman

The product included everything needed to successfully use it: DVD, booklets, instructions for exercises. I just can't push in the tall column so I can store it. My husband can easily do it, but I can't. He's not always home. The machine is so heavy that pushing it into the closet is rolling up the carpet. He's not happy about that either. I wish it were easier to roll.
Pros: Quiet, Strengthens, Sturdy, Comfortable, Takes up little space
Cons: Can't push the column in

I have wanted one of these machines for ever. I am 64 and don't work out and need to get in shape I have emphysema and needed a machine that was low impact to build up my stamina and this is the machine. It is a little bulky to set up and take down, But it will get easier with time i am sure. I Love my XLS.

I have had a 3000 for 5 years and it was the best piece of exercise equipment that I have ever used. There is virtually no risk of injury using the machine and you get results in a very short time with just 20 minute workouts every other day. I love this piece of equipment and I recommend it to everyone. You will like the way you look after using it for a while.

I love my Total Gym XLS! It's fun to use and gives me a great workout!! I love the fact that it's an all in one machine for my arms, back, abs, legs, etc. It's compact and doesn't take up a lot of room. The only downfall I have found thus far is the lack of direction on unhooking the pulley system...which turned out to be so easy once I saw where to unhook it from (under the glideboard)!
