Easy to use for beginners

With my level of athma I can't ever work out using anything. I was very impressed that the Total Gym is so easy to use and I can actually get a workout at my own pace and still breathe through it. I would recommend this to anyone who has severe asthma and still wants to be active.

I love the Total Gym. I belong to a gym and use the cardio equipment there but hate the weight lifting machines so I bought the Total Gym to use at home. Much, much easier to use and fun. I never thought I would say a piece of exercise equipment was fun to use but this is. I look forward to using it 3x a week right now. I have not even tried the Pilates video yet, just the basic training video. I am using the machine to build muscle and tone up for weight loss and basic strength after being a couch potato for ten years. It really is easy to use and set up.

With busy lives, it's so hard for people to make the time to exercise, but with this, it give you the results within a short amount of exercise time which is awesome! I saw and felt results within the first week.

The XLS is well made and really easy to use and setup. You can either follow one of the sample work out routines or use the exercise card deck to define your own custom work out.

Ease of Use+Discipline=Great Results!

I have always had challenges with working out faithfully, and this Total Gym has transformed me to a disciplined routine and has allowed me to experience an overall better feeling each day. I started out with a few of the programs that came with my Total Gym, and have since designed my own program and I love it! I feel great, and I find that my energy level has increased which is wonderful! Thank you for such an incredibly easy to use product that actually DOES make me feel better. :)
