My son and I love the Total Gym Workout. It is extremely easy to use...out of all the workout equipment I have previously owned this one is far the BEST! :) :)

Okay this was the last straw. I have always been active and athletic my whole life. My friends and family would always make remarks to the fact that after 4 children, I have kept the same size that I was in high school. But there was definetly one thing that I hated about my body and that was my buttocks and upper thigh area. It seemed not matter how many step aerobics or eliptical machines I used nothing toned this area. I even had an appointment with a plastic surgeon to have a buttocks and thigh lift. I gave up hope that anything would work, so my last ditch effort before having the surgery I ordered the Total Gym, within 2 weeks I could see an amazing difference. I am 5'7" and weigh 127lbs and 42 years of age as well as a mother of 4 and the Total Gym saved me $8500.00 in cosmetic surgery fees. You guys are AMAZING!!! Thank you Catherine Lee[@]

The Total Gym is an awesome tool to use in the comfort of your home. The DVD's are great to follow. This was one of the best choices we have made for our health. Hey everybody get u one!!!!!

I am a 69 year old person with a very busy career. To go to the gym is totally out of the question. By the time I get dressed, packed and drive to the gym, I have already worked out on my Total Gym and am ready to start my day. It is the most well balanced, feel good 10 to 20 minutes I spend, approx. 5 times a week, right after I get up in the morning. I've been doing it now for about 3 weeks and I'm beginning to feel so much better. It replaces my exercise bike, which was o.k., but never did much for my upper body. I follow the beginners exercise regime and love it. I never feel stressed or otherwise uncomfortable, you really can go at your own pace. As the weather gets colder and leaving my house to go walking gets less appealing to do, I really appreciate having made the decision to purchase this tool to better take care of myself. My only wish is that I could get my husband to try it too.

AWESOME REHAB FOR OLD INJURIES!

I used to work out 6 days a week, have low body fat, six-pack abs, and almost a size 2 at 118 lbs. After injuring my shoulder five years ago, I couldn't work out, gained weight and now size 6 at 140 lbs and keep getting re-injured every time I try to work out again. I could only do cardio on the stationary bike, until my knees started having problems too. So, I was left with nowhere else to turn. Financially, my health insurance is a high deductible plan and I can't afford the high number of chiropractor or physical therapy visits required. However, the monthly payment with Total Gym and long-term is more cost-effective than doctor visits. Thanks to the Total Gym, I can see light at the end of the tunnel because it is low-impact, smooth and very controlled motions that don't hurt me. I already tried jumping up higher levels after two weeks, but had to go back down and work it gradually. The controlled, smooth motions enable me to "feel the burn" again without re-injuring myself! In summary, I am grateful and looking forward to getting my body back!

I've always been active with aerobic exercise but hate going to the gym so I've never been consistent with strength training. After having 4 vertabrae fused and 2 discs decompressed this summer I've been freed to work more on strength and knew it would never happend without an in-home device. I love the total gym. It's only a month in but it's addictive!

I am very happy with the gym. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. I have since recommended it to people, including my parents who now own one as well and are just as happy with theirs.
