Fantastic

I was skeptical because I have had bad luck with resistance training equipment seen on television and purchased on-line in the past. The first time I worked out with it, I was sold. It's smooth, the resistance increases when you increase the rise, the pulley action is smooth. I'm a believer in this one. I use it for muscle strength not necessarily muscle mass. I think anyone who tries this will become a believer.

The total Gym is a great investment. It has helped me begin to get into a exercise routine. I feel so much better since I have started using the Total Gym. It is easy to set and the work outs are so helpful. The thing that is the best is that I can do my work outs with a busy life style.

This has been a benefit to the entire family. You get every bit of workout you would have gotten from the gym but you can do it in the comfort of your own home.

I bought our total gym in June 2011 and I used it occasionally, then August 1st I started using it and use it at least 5 times a week (most times 7. My sons love it and they are working out on it too! One is 18 and the other is 10. I have lost 8 pounds and fit into clothes I couldn't last year! I would highly recommend it to everyone! I will continue to use my total gym and am very excited to see continued results!

I have used this product pretty regularly and have even got my wife to use it. It is easy to use and real effective. I am definately sweating and sore after my workout. The attachment bar has some type of plastic pads that are just glued and are coming apart. I am constantly having to readjust them to get the pins to line up. Plus the foam handles are starting to rip after just using 2 months.
Pros: Strengthens, Sets up fairly easy, Easy To Use, Comfortable
Cons: Not so easy to move, Attachments not the best
