Great product for beginner and mid level. Easy use and the associated video workouts are helpful. I recommend for those interested in toning. I am definitely satisfied and would recommend to others.

Have two small kids, great product to use once they go to bed, however I have a bad back so trying to get it out from under the bed and set up was painful, it was easy if it was already standing though.

The best decision I could have made for a good overall workout at home! In a short time you will notice overall toning results, and increase in strength. The Total Gym actually makes you feel like you are toning from the get-go. I have never felt like I've had upper body strength until I began using the Total Gym. Not only does it help the beginner, it also has the ability to give you a great workout, once your level has strength has increased. So it is a purchase that most people would be happy with for many years to come. Hands down my favorite piece of workout equipment!
