I bought the TG XLS due to space constraints in a new home. I had to sell off some of my weight machines. I didn’t think this would be a comparable replacement to gym type machines but I’m happy to say I’m wrong. This machine is awesome. I especially like that I can add weights to the top and bottom of the TG.

If Chuck can, so can I. But seriously. This thing is legit. It’s ain’t free weights. It’s ain’t nautilus or weightlifting machines. But this thing is super smooth with muscle tension and resistance at any height level preference. I feel lower levels good for warm-up or rehab / Up for muscle burn (in a good way). Super happy with it. Can even add more weight with accessory bar when ready. After 3 weeks—Yes, it works.

A few people deterred me from this purchase but I think it's because they didn't give it a try. I'm really happy with it, it is easy to use and the instructions provided are great. It seems to be more for upper body but all the exercises work well and I'm hoping to see results. Word to the wise, don't let go of those handles without support almost flew into the next room! : )
