this the best thing I have ever bought .I use it when ever I can . I would prabably buy another one .it is the best ,and the best thing no gym fees .

Total Gym is Total Success of my Goal

I'm wheelchair bound so wasn't getting enough exercise. Now I am getting full range-of-motion exercise regularly, and noticeably much stronger as well. It's become much easier for me to help myself transferring (bed, car, etc). The Total Gym has given me my life back to be able to do more things by myself, extending my life and my quality of life as well. I can't thank you enough for making it available at a price that I could afford.

A wonderful machine for all ages and sizes. Simple as can be to set up, and the exercise cards are a great addition. My four year old loves to do the "surfer girl" exercise. (on the lowest setting of course) I also love the ab crunch piece, gives a great workout for sure. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a high quality piece that takes up almost no space.

I use my total gym almost everyday. Its easy to stay motivated because you can feel and see results. It never gets boring, there s so many exercises.

I use this product to build up my core strength, tighten up on my stomach muscles, and back muscles. Even though My building has a gym room, it has a lot of equipment that is nearly obsolete. It provides a great deal of exercises that one can do. I really can't find anything that I don't like about it. Simply a great piece of equipment.
