I was surprised how easy it was to get started with the system. Totally enjoy the way it works the core of your body. This is a great compliment to my workout program, because it increases the work out program, but decreases the time it takes to do it. The only thing I can see to improve to system is to find better way to move it around. The caps at the bottom cross members keep falling off.
Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky

the screws that connect the different parts should be tapered. As a bigger guy, I get some grinding on the glide board when it isn't aligned perfectly.
Pros: Versatile and effective
Cons: expensive but worth it

The Total Gym XLS is great. I use it 5 days a week for 1 hr and 10 min. It is fun to do. There aren't too many reps so you don't get bored with it. The exercises are very effective. Overall I am very happy with it and expect to use it for many years to come.

I own quite a few pieces of workout equipment and the total gym is my absolute favorite. I use it 3-4 times a week and not only have I seen tremendous results but everyone else notices as well.

The total gym is excellent! Dont need alot of space only 7 to 8 ft will work fine for work outs , just like an oversized vaccum cleaner when folded up. Machine should be specialy good for people with past or current injuries, or painful conditions. I had broken legs , feet and vertabrae before , and I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. This machine eased my pain during workouts compared to conventional weight training. Thanks Chuck Norris!

Your product allows me to conduct exercises I have not been able to perform as a result of military injuries. The one drawback that I have is at 6ft it's very difficult to keep up video instructors and comfortly position self on equipment to perform many of the exercises.

I thoroughly researched the Total Gym and talked to people who owned one before I considered purchasing. I liked what I saw, read and heard. The raving reviews from the people who owned one were amazing, but they were not even close to what I have experienced using my own Total Gym! I have had such great results that I now have a neighbor who has been coming over to try my TG and has decided to buy one of her own. Truly money well spent with absolutely no regrets! Thank you!

It has help me lose weight and build muscle. At 47 years old and health problems that have restricted my running and other exercise routines I really got out of shape and as a former Marine I can't stand to be on the loosing end.It has helped me get my pride back.Now my son uses it and loves it and He never worked out before,Thanks Total Gym !!!!
