I love the Total Gym. It does take a bit to fold it up and store, and then setup again. I was planning on storing after each use, but have re-arranged things to leave it set up. But that said, I use it 4-5 times a week and feel great. My daughter can't believe this one machine takes the place of 8-9 machines she uses at college. This was a great purchase.
Pros: Sturdy, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Quiet, Comfortable
Cons: Timely to setup, Timely to fold up

My husband and I LOVE our Total Gym XLS. We've seen the ads for years and finally decided to give it a try and we are SO glad we did. We got rid of all the other equipment besides the treadmill and it's all we need. Easy to use and a great workout. Thank you Total Gym

The Total Gym is a good complimentary piece to my workout. I work out 4-5 days a week doing Cardio and the Total Gym. The Total Gym allows me to tone in the comfort of my home. I would recommend this to all levels of people looking to workout.

I had been wanting a total gym for about 10 years. After recently loosing 35 pounds on weight watchers, I broke down and bought my Total Gym to lose those difficult last 10 pounds and tone up my body. I'm so glad I did because I love it! It is a great peice of equipment that works out your entire body. I really like it because it provides low impact exercise that provides great results. It is easy to use and easy to fold up an put away. I would recommend it to anyone.

It has taken me years to find the right piece of gym equipment that works for me. I really, really, had reservations about the Total Gym. Finally, I read some independent reviews that gave me the impetus to take the plunge. What can I say--it is the perfect piece of gym equipment: easy to set up, easy to store, easy and fun to use.I don't have to think about the routines the workout cards do all the thinking for. Most importantly, I look forward to using the Total Gym. AND I don't have to go to an overcrowded gym to get results!

More than I expected!

I am a Marathoner and Triathlete, the Total Gym is great for my upper body and core workouts. I like the ability to change from one excercise to the next in seconds. I don't have time to spend hours on strength training, i need to spend my time swimming, biking, and running. With the Total Gym i have been able to continue strength training 3-4 times per week. My wife also uses the Total Gym(she is not an athlete) because it is fast and simple for her to use.

I have been enjoying the variety of exercises - I can get in a quick 30 minute work out that works the whole body and gets the heart rate up as well. Easy to use and go from one exercise to another. I also have a very small house - so it is great that I can fold it up and get it out of the way against a wall.

I Love this machine. It is the Best investment in myself I have ever made. I am a early 50 year old female. I use my Total Gym XLS every other day to build muscle and gain strength. It's easy to use and it is true it is easy go from one exercise to another. I have had quick results building muscle..quicker than I have had in the past lifting weights. I look forward to working out with my Total Gym. I absolutely love it!!!!!
