I apsolutly love my total gym it is helping me restrengthen my lower back after i broke it in 2008

First introduced to the Total Gym during physical therapy following ACL replacement surgery. So I decided to buy my own in order to enhance my rehab. Excellent for regaining strength.

Since I started using my Total Gym I have seen dramatic results and in just one month have moved up a level from two to three. I do it when I first get up and it only takes about 20 min. I've only missed one day since I started and just didn't feel right skipping a day. I'm addicted to my Total Gym!

I am in the process of losing 120 lbs. I would always watch the total gym commercial with Chuck Norris on TV. My husband said when I reach 100 lb. weight loss he would buy me a Total Gym. I have lost 65 lbs. so far. They were running a fantastic sale & asked my husband why not buy it now. The rest is history. I'm not in great shape but the Total Gym is so easy to use. I love the index cards which makes it so easy to set up your own exercise program. IT even came with it's own DVD to set it up. In less than 5 min. it was ready to use!

Had to respond to this survey ~ We are senior citizens, 68/72 and this has been a blessing to us. It enables us to stay home and yet, get the best overall results possible. We are very active and want to stay that way ... thus, the TOTAL GYM. It's actually even better than we expected.
