Frozen shoulder fear gone

Several years ago I suffered from a frozen shoulder and had to have surgery. I'm not sure what I did, but syptoms of pain and numbness were starting to return. Upon purchasing the Total Gym and slowly working on stretching and strengthening my shoulder the pain and numbness have begun to subside. What a relief to know that I can be proactive with my health and that surgery will not be necessary this time.
Pros: Strengthens, Quiet, Easy To Use, Sturdy

I love my total gym!!!! I use it everyday!!! I am seeing definition in muscles I was never able to get definition in before!! It is perfect for toning your whole body, I have noticed a huge difference in my abs, arms, legs and butt!!! I have three kids ages 4 and under and I am able to get a great workout in, in very little time! I am in better shape now then before having kids!!! My husband loves the Total Gym too, He was amazed at the wide rage of muscles he was using while working out! I can't say enough good things about this product!!!

I purchased this for myself, but since having it in my home, my room mate and my daughter have used it as much as I have... I am seriously thinking of charging a membership fee to enter my bedroom and work out. LOL

The total gym is very easy to setup... All the exercises target a specific area and you can feel every muscle working....

Want to Use it Daily!

Use 5-6 days per week, two with trainer. Daily use for stretching plus short work outs. Haven't figured out how to store. Not sure price was fair--lots of barely used ones available. I have receommended product to several friends.
Pros: Easy To Use, Quiet, Flexible, Sturdy, Strengthens, Comfortable
Cons: Leg Bar Difficulties, Storage Issues

* I love it for LOW IMPACT workouts. Very easy on the knees and joints. * Very strong and steady. I weigh 250 (for now) and it holds up just fine. * Be careful you don't stretch too far and over do it. * Until you get used to it, hard to change the setup while trying to keep up with the videos (but I just pause them, nothing major. Also gives me a quick breather). * My daughter uses it for upper body strength and all around stretching.

I started to see result immediately. The workouts are quick and effective. I would like to have more videos. I think the videos should be updated. This is a great piece of equipment. It is heavy to move, maybe put wheels on the bottom. I am lucky I have one room where it stays set up all the time.
