I have been totally happy with the Total Gym! I now wonder why it took me so long to purchase it! It came well equipped, with lots of information on a variety of ways to use it! I am 62 yrs old and I use it at least 4-5 X week - without fail. It is great for strenght training and helping with my diabetic readings! It is an outstanding, quality piece of exercise equipment!

I bought the Total Gym to replace the Total Gym I lost in a fire. This time I decided to go with the upgraded model. The first total gym I had was great. I had purchased it back in 1999 and lost it in 2008 in the fire. This replacement is better that the original there are so many added pieces and the movements are so smooth. I love all the videos that came with it. The videos make it where you don't get bored with your workouts. Love it Love it!!!

Been wanting one for years and don't know why I waited so long! A little heavy for me to pull around by myself to store under my bed right now. Would be great if it had a pulling mechaninism to assist with that. Use it for toning, strength and weight loss. Instructions for set up was great with the pictures :) I just wish I could take it with me when ttraveling for work.

I purchased the Total Gym to use to tone and lose some weight. It has been wonderful for that, but my husband has begun using it to help him prepare for the New York Marathon. He loves it and has said it was a great purchase for both of us!

My new treadmill was having problems and burned out. I was training for my 1st 5K and with my work schedule and the weather i could not get outside to run. The Total Gym was a God sent in that it helped me strengthen my leg for the inclines in the race and overall body conditioning to run better :-}
