Total Gym a good product for the money

I use my gym several times a week. The work-out cards and dvds give me great work-out programs.I also enjoy selecting the specific work-out cards to target the body areas I want to focus on. The accessories allow for a more creative work-out. The Total Gym is attractive, comfortable, easy to use and effective for a person like me who is active but not a "hard-core" athlete. A body builder would probably not be challenged enough by the Total Gym.

I use the 6 to 8 min workout video it is wonderful. Whats great is you do not have to put weight on the machine you use your own body weight and I get a better workout than if I go to the Gym. It easy to change levels. You do not need a personal trainer and within a month or so you can really see the results. People are telling me you are meltng away. But not really I am toning and firming up and losing inchs, I cant think of a thing I dont like about it. its simple and easy to use and you get a quality workout. Love It!

I bought and like the product because you use your weight as the factor, not some bar or spring mechanism. This is whar we did in Marine bootcamp.

Perfect for all age groups

Attachments are easy to add and remove. Every member of my family (5 athletic boys) my husband and myself work out on this machine. It is so accomodating for different athletic levels.

I was stressed out from working 16 hours a day, going through a rough divorce, 45lbs over weight and out of shape(not taking good care of myself). In addition, I had several health related issues that plagued me during this time. The Total Gym helped me take control of my health and made a big contribution too (I believe)saving my life.
