Nice Product It Works I disagree with the 6 to 8 minute time period to allow for workouts- I feel to maximize the benefits you need to set aside at least 1/2 hour to 40 minutes per day 6 days a week.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens, Sturdy, Comfortable

I love the Total Gym. As I mentioned before, I hate to work out. That is until I got the Total Gym. I have herniated disks. This piece of equipment enables me to get back into a workout routine with regularity and know that I will not injure my back. I think that I heard the inventor of Total Gym had a bad back. If that is true, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

I'm still a newbie but am getting more into the swing of this piece of equipment. First day I tried working out to the video but those guys are much better at this than I. I really like using the suggested workouts along with the cards. The workouts are challenging for the amount of time they take to complete. I keep it set up in the living room and it is quite long but it is easy to fold up when necessary. I've been seeing these commercials for years and I am happy that I finally gave myself the gift of better health.
Pros: Quiet, Sturdy, Comfortable, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Variety

Like the best: Stretching while you workout!! Could use some improvements on some of the ab workouts. We do not feel that the squat workouts are very helpful. Con: To get out of storage each time to use, it just makes it easier to keep out at all times
