Bought the total gym 1000...years ago...loved it! I have moved too many times and had to leave it behind. I am sure it has improved since I originally bought it, and is probably better then ever. If within my budget I would definitely purchase it again to replace the older version I loved and used so much.
Pros: Comfortable, Strengthens, Quiet, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky, Hard To Set Up

I have the total gym XLS and am very happy on how sturdy it was for my size
Pros: Quiet, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Comfortable
Cons: No gadget quickchange, Too many gadget changes

I don't know what took me so long to buy this product, but my wife and I kick are selfs for not buying it sooner. My wife is 5 foot and 110 lbs and she can even set it up and store it by her self, we are both 52 and it's the best thing sense the cell phone. We love it Thank you

According to my bone doctor, after six weeks, I've lost two inches in my waist and hips, using the total gym three times a week. However, I haven't lost any weight. My arms look much more toned!

I do not get to work out as much as I should. I love having my Total Gym at home so I can work out when I have time. Since I got my Total Gym I am trying to make the time for me..trying to work out more because I feel better. for me the Total Gym has been the best thing I could have bought for getting back into a work out routine.

Best excersise equipment I ever purchase

The total gym is everything I had hoped for in a home gym. My whole family uses it and so far after just a month we see a big difference in our energy levels and are starting to see differences in our clothing. We can't wait to get on it and would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to improve their overall health. This is one great piece of equipment well worth the money!

well the totalgym has help me gain strenght in my upper arms and chest. i can work so many different areas and its so easy to use . as soon as i get home from work or have any time off it get right on it.
