Wow, this is totally what i hoped for. It is easy to set up and use(which is a big deal for me), comes with a ton of different exercises to work every part of the body. Definitely not a piece of equipment you don't use and hang clothes on. You will look forward to using this! I had seen this on tv for years, but figured infomercials make everything sound good, but it really is exactly how they portray it. Buy it, you wont regret it. BTW, I never write reviews for anything, so thats how much I love it!

I bought the total gym with excitement to lose weight and tighten and tone. For some reason, other than time, I can't seem to get off the couch. You would think going to the Bahamas in June for my neice's wedding would be enough inspiration but for some reason it is not. Please help me get off the couch and back into shape.

I recieved my Total Gym in 10 days and was able to set it up by myself. It is very well made and will last us many years. At first I thought O- this is too easy but I guarantee with reppitions and the more I learn about using it, the exercises are very effective. The tapes are nice and informative. I am sooo glad I chose this exercise equipment over some others I was considering. With attachments it covers absolutely everything. I hope they come out with the trampoline to add more cardio. Still Happy with my purchase.

Lost 15 lbs

The total gym is easy to use. I haven't used exercise equipment in years and my first day, I felt comfortable and confident with using the total gym. While the beginner exercises were fairly easy to complete, I felt the effects immediately. That motivated me to work out every day. Even when I was unable to workout for a three week period, I felt the lean muscle that I had built up while I was working-out. During that time I lost a total of 15 lbs. I'm so glad that I decided to buy this product and look forward to enjoying the summer!!

My Wife and I work out together with TotalGym and love the ease of changing from one exercise to another. Burning Fat and Firming Up.

I use the total gym 2-3 times a week. I love that fact that you can change so easily from one excercise to another. It very quite and comfortable to be on. I really like the workout cards to refer to, however it would be nice if they where in a binder to make it easier to flip through.

I use this product every morning. There are some great routines that only take 6 to 8 minutes. There is no reason to buy any other product because this product will do it all. I have lost 25 pounds in a very short time. My energy level has increased 100%. I am a 73 year old female and have had 9 children. I used to think I was old but now I am going to outlive all my collegues. Thank you Total Gym for restoring my youth.
