I use this product daily, have gotten my family involved using it as well. I like that it works out my whole body in my home & I don't have to worry about going to gym after work or early in morning. I like to pop in a dvd and do my work out,before I know time has flown by.
Pros: Easy Storage, Family friendly, Strengthens, Sturdy, Quiet, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Easy To Set Up, Convenient
Cons: Seat wider

Well worth the investment

This was a fluke purchase for me. I have been overweight for a long time and have never really been in shape. My body has always had more wiggles than the waves in the ocean. I was already predisposed to returning this after my 30 day trial knowing that I really just did not have the funds to purchase it...$100/month for many month is a big investment when you generally don't have anything extra as it is. Well, after 6 weeks, a couple of minutes a day, and about five days a week I have lost about 10 or so pounds and am down a pant size. The real results are not necessarily the weight. My arms and legs have been developing muscles that I never knew was possible. I absolutely love this machine and will never part with it!
Pros: Strengthens, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Sturdy
Cons: A little big to store

Well I never work out before this. I use it for weight lose, in 4 weeks I have lsot 25 pounds just love it. It's easy to set up, it"s fun to work out on it. My wife has a broken ankle and I help her do alot of arm work outs she can't wait to do the leg work outs.

I love the Total Gym! I was keeping my fingers crossed when I made the investment and was a little skeptical and worried but was so glad I made the purchase once I started using it. It is easy to use and it is as advertised "Total". Some days after work, it is difficult to get to the gym but with the Total Gym, getting in 20 or 30 minutes on those days is a breeze. The exercise cards in the deck are a big help in planning a work out. I have it set up in a spare room so I don't put it away very often so that is not a smooth a process for me, but I think I just need more practice.

Received the total gym as a gift. Definitely a gift that keeps on giving. I enjoy working out with the dvd's, but love the flexibility of the excercise cards, and being able to design my own workout. I use my total gym six days a week. Not only is it a total body sculpt but a great mental boost as well.

I love my Total Gym, I am recovering froma Spinal Cord Injury and was first introduced to a Total Gym in therapy, now I use it every day and am almost walking. It gives me the ability to do exercises I would not be able to do otherwise. It allows for squatting and many exercises in a controlled atmosphere with less of my body weight! This gives me so much versatality in my strengthening. I could not have come so far in my therapy with out it TG You are my saviour! I recommend it to any one setting up their own home gym for therapy, of course under the instruction of a P/T or therapist if you are rehabilitating! Now I use it all by myself it is an amazing piece of equipment!
