I am a rotating shift worker. The gym and stuff like that does not work well with the crazy schedule. This is working out great so far as it works well when you just have a few minutes and it also works well for a longer workout. By the way it also helps me to vent frustration out on those particular days when required. The only thing I've had any trouble with so far is knocking it off of its rollers when I do a couple of the leg exercises and it does easily go back on. I hope to save up for the bicycle in the next few months.

to lose my belly from knee operations strengthan knee and leg muscles and tendons along with arms and wrists. can watch video at same time relaxing to continue therapy NO negative comments hear, well for now a bit heavy to carry from room to room. That is slowly changing due to the many workout programs. My 84 yr old dad saw it and is now using it with me.

I work out with this machine every other day. I like that you can get a complete workout in just under an hour with very little hassle. It's very easy to go from exercise to exercise, and has plenty of options for new ones. The only complaint I would have is it's not really practical to tear down and store after each use. This is not a problem for me as I leave it set up all the time. Overall great product.

I have Total Gym set up in my living room and work out while watching TV. The time flys and I absolutely hate it when I have to miss a work out. After figuring out how to set it up and use it, which wasn't very user friendly at first, now it's a breeze. I really do love it and am seeing results, even without a hardcore diet.
Pros: Comfortable, Sturdy, Easy To Use
Cons: Hard To Set Up, Bulky

I love my total gym. I used free weights for many years. My wife told me to order the total gym, so I did and boy is it great. I tell everyone how great this machine is. Thank you very much
