Best Exercise Equip Purchase I Ever Made

This is the most flexible and effective equipment I've ever owned. Fast transition to different exercises and muscle groups. Easy to design your own workout with chart/cards and video. Bought for my lady's desire to workout and weight loss and she got me hooked. Easiest to use and near immediate results. Someone finally got it right.

Look forward to using my TG XLS everyday. The convenience of having it set up at home and ready whenever I am is great. No trips to the gym or even having to 'dress' to workout!. Even though found somewhat difficult to set up; it is worth it! Great Bday gift for myself.

My son and I are tall and because the squat stand is too low for us we tend to go over our ankles with our kmees. Do you have an extention bar to raise it?

Work out of hamstings is weak. The video mistakenly refers to a quad exercize as a hamstring workout, which decreases your credibility The r.o.m. on the pec flies is sadly lacking. I do like the size of the unit. I use it in my motorhome while I'm traveling. You can very easily pinch a finger while putting it away, though, and the handgrips which drag on the ground can be cumbersome. With the exceptions of the above criticisms, I find the total gym a good machine, which gives a decent workout, and the compact size is a real plus for me.

Cons: Hard To Set Up, Flimsy

It is hard to switch attachments when your doing circuit training. Machine takes up a large amount of space. l think with the discount it is still overprice. With those combine, it may return the total gym. Needless to say, total gym does provide a good work out. Recommendation is to have more workout videos available.
