I use my total gym mostly for upper body & abs work outs. It's been working pretty good so far.

We have used many different types of exercise equipment. The Total Gymn is the easiest to use and gives the greatest overall workout as well as working on trouble spots. We love it!

I love my new Total Gym, I haven't been able to use it quite as much as I'd like to, due to current living arrangements, however that will be changing, and when they do my girlfriend will be able to use it also...I have only used a few of the CD's and am looking forward to getting into enough shape to use them all. I am so impressed at the short amount of time it takes to get a great work out combined with the stretching, and I have also been able to develop my own little exercise just for strengthening up for shooting my longbow, which is great....
Pros: Strengthens, Comfortable, Quiet, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Bulky

I am old, out of shape, overweight, and not in the best of health...and I need to exercise. This machine makes exercise easy,enjoyable,and low risk,something I look forward to doing each day. I owned one a long time ago. This one has many improvements and is nicely refined. Thanks.

Most efficient use of my exercise time

This one is the best use of my time. I am slightly overweight ( by my terms, some people might say fat :-) ), and don't like long work outs. I used to work out a lot about 10 years ago, and know what works or not by experience and muscle memory. I can feel my upper body working. Thanks Total Gym!!!

I have stuck with it so far. Longer than usual and longer than last time I had a Total Gym. It is easy going from one exercise to another but due to balance issues I sometimes have trouble dismounting. It is a good machine if a little pricey, and I got it 40% off
