This was the best investment in my overall health that I have ever made. The Total Gym has turned me into a gym rat, I love it and cant get enough. I used to hate to exercise but since purchasing the Total Gym, I work out every day because I want to, it is no longer a chore. It has been about a month and my clothes are already noticably bigger on me, not only that but my asthma has improved to the point where I dont have to use my inhaler everyday. I went from using my asthma inhaler numerous times a day to maybe once or twice a week. I feel GREAT!
Pros: Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Quiet, Comfortable

It's simply the best!

It has replaced my eliptical and free weights. I get a great core body workout and lower body workout. I have neuropathy, arthritis, COPD, and exercise induced asthma and the total gym has been great for all my health needs. I look forward to my sessions on the total gym and regret any days I have to skip a workout.

I bought a competitors model in the past. I thought I had done well and saved money. But, now that I have this one I can say that the quality is much better. The pad is comfortable and just the right size. The other one had end caps that actually rolled when the machine was folded up and that is the only improvement I can see that this one could have right now. It is much heavier duty and quieter. The accessories are definitely more comfortable to use than the other one. I love it!!!!! And the promotional offers made it doable.

Total Gym is a total Workout

It is very difficult especially as we get older to stay in shape. I have tried the Bowflex twice and it works nice but was always a pain to change to the next wortkout so I ended up not using it. The Total Gym is so easy to use, it makes working out fun and easy. I can not wait until the next day to use it again. I believe all excercise programs are very unique to each person and you just have to find the one that fits your lifestyle. I am glad I have found mine.

Immediate noticeable difference!

I started out with Work Along Training the first week, then moved into 6 to 8 Minute work outs the second week. I felt better and enjoyed using the Total Gym. I currently workout 3-4 days a week with the Long and Lean program. I can't believe I even want to workout when I'm TIRED! This is the best purchase I've ever made. I tell my friends and they think the whole thing is a farce, I am here to tell you as I do them this is for real, and you won't be disappointed as long as you put in the time!

Very happy with the Total Gym

We watched and worked out with a couple of the videos first. Then, we used the full body work outs on the cards. This worked great. It gives you a program to follow with a minimum of set up changes. It's easy to work with and provides a good work out.

Since I got my totalgym I used it every other day and I do not have to do weights anymore because I noticed that using totalgym I can get the same result to my arms.

This machine is compact, easy to use, gives a great work out. I am very pleased with the work out results and the simplicity of use. Everything is as advertised, which was a total surprise. At 68 years young this machine is user friendly, mentally and physically. I have a artificial Knee, Hip and a pacemaker.My Doctor says this is great, no impact, great strength building and definitly works on building my stamina. Thanx for your honesty.
