Finally - fun exercise

I love my Total Gym. I was a person who hated to exercise because it was so boring. Now, I look forward to my sessions on the gym. There are so many different exercises I can do on this one machine just by making quick adjustments. The video series gives me variety and guided workouts when I want more structure, or I can make up my own workout if I want to work on a specific area.
Pros: Sturdy, Comfortable, Quiet, Easy To Use
Cons: Bulky

Always wanted to have some equipment at home to work on especially in the winter time.I am glad I got the Total Gym. It is easy to set up and work out anytime of the day or evening. I do feel I am getting a good work out on this equipment!

Easy, effective, results. Bought the original & had it for 20 plus yrs. before buying this model. I love it & think it's a great machine. Best part is it's convenient & in privacy of my own home.
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet, Comfortable, Love Pilates feature, Strengthens, Easy To Use, Has many uses does alot
Cons: Foot stirrups too big, Videos too fast 4 setup, The clips take some time, Hard To Set Up

My Dream come true

right now i use the gymn twice a day.. just moved to level 4 and im loving the Total Gymn. I bought the gym as a augmentation to my rountine with the Stability Ball that I learned first. both support each other. Im building my arms, shoulders, and strengthing my abs and back. words cannot describe how happy i am with my Total Gymn. I should have bought this years ago and id be so much farther ahead atm. Thank u Chuck, and Total Gymn.
