This equipment is the easiest home gym I've ever used and it works great. I'm building muscle and losing weight at the same time! Thanks Total Gym!

I use this product mostly for strength training. Hopefully, it will aid me in weight loss and inches. When I use the total gym on a regular basis my overall energy is improved. The only negative thing I don't like is the foot strirups for the rope leg exercises. I have difficulty putting them on securely.

i bought this a as gift for my wife, so that she would be able to workout and stay at home with our daughter vs having to go to a gym and leave her in daycare.the total gym is easy for both of us to use and the excercise dvds are easy to follow i would suggest this for anybody who is looking for something to get a good workout
Pros: Quiet, Easy Storage, Simple to use, Easy To Use, Sturdy, Comfortable, Strengthens
Cons: A little heavy for her, Hard To Set Up

Great Workout

This is my second Total Gym and I didn't realize how much I missed the first one until this one arrived. I love being able to get up in the morning and get my workout out of the way. No distraction, no concern for traffic or a crowd at the gym, I just get in there and get it done. Its a great piece of equiptment that grows with you and offers so much variety that it should be impossible to get bored with a routine.

(wife's comments) I am now more than casual/recreational but not a gym rat. I am a regular committed user. I lived a sedate life and hated going to the gym and never stuck with a workout program. I love love love this amazing piece of equipment. The effect I get makes me WANT to work out. I now work 30-45 minutes a day, 5 out of 7 days. High impact is out for me but I get the same benefits as if I were doing aerobics. What else I love? As I get stronger, I can adjust this to make the workout harder or easier depending on the results I want. A big selling point? It is very versitile. I have toned up and my weight loss has increased with the added exercise. Love it!!! (I Just wish it had wheels so I could drag it to the corner of the room easier).

Cons: Heavy to drag to storeage, Hard To Set Up

"I can't wait to do my workout"

I can't wait to jump on my total gym and workout. Its simple to change from one exercise to another. What's really nice is, its always available, day or night, nobody is on it, I don't have to wait. Its relatively quiet, I can watch tv while not waking or bothering anyone else. I got a great deal and didn't have to spend hours assembling it. The only thing is...durability, I've only had it now for 2 months, so time will tell, I will certainly put it through a 3 or 4 times a week test. I highly recommend total gym, and already have To friends and coworkers. My Thanks to Chuck and Christie!

Lovin the TTL Gym

I read quite a few reviews before calling to purchase the Total Gym. Contrary to some of the bad reviews I read I love my Total Gym. I belonged to one of the finest Gyms in the NATION - yes my gym was rated in the top 5 in the country but I love working out at home. I was nervous at first to use the equipment but after the first few excercises I was completely at ease and confident in the fact that this is a very sturdy peice of equipment. The video workouts and the cards make it so easy there isn't much to think about - you just get on and go. I was also concerned about storage because I live in a small space but I just fold it leave the squat board on and stand it in the corner. If company arrives I would just move it to the bedroom. I would recommend this to anyone who asks.

Awesome Machine

Severe knee injury with peroneal nerve damage makes it difficult to navigate a gym and use a lot of equipment. The TG allows me to get a great all around workout without the headaches of going to a gym and develop a program to workout every day.
