Pilates feature a real plus

Overall the total gym has been a great addition to my home gym collection. Unfortunately I need to keep the machine stored away and since I am small it is a bit bulky and heavy to manuever. However, I really love the machine and feel that it is easy to use while watching t.v., which is important since I find being entertained while I work out helps to keep me motivated. I especially love the pilates aspect of the machine and find that using the pilates set up has helped me with flexibility, core strengthening, and has also helped to relieve back pain. I have also always been a big fan of Chuck Norris, especially his politcal views and feel that he would not steer me wrong. He is a handsome devil. :)
Pros: Sturdy, Comfortable, Effective versitile, Strengthens
Cons: Bulky, A little heavy awkward

I enjoy having this product available at all times so there is no need to go to the gym I can use whenever I want and don't have to worry about if it is available.

Great product to use to counter arthritic problems because it supports a full range of motion and can be used for strengthening and exercise the entire body. The total gym conforms to my current capabilities and allows me to progress in strength and exercise at more difficult levels at my own pace. I wish there was a large/properly sized storage bag (canvas) to store the glide board to protect it from damage, especially my cats that still have claws.

My wife and I have been very impressed with the Total Gym XLS. The equipment is easy to use, quick to set-up/take down, and it is very compact for storage. The convenience of this machine is remarkable, it is also very versatile, well constructed, and saves us lots of time traveling to and from a conventional gym as well as eliminating the hassle of crowded fitness facilities. This machine is the best fitness purchase related equipment item that I have every made. I enjoy working out at home when it is convenient for me and it is a real bonus not dealing with a crowded gym environment. Thank you for a great product!

I love this piece of equipment. I like lifting weights and going to the gym but do not get the time with my job. This is quick and easy and can be done at my convenience. The minimal changes that you make to the equipment throughout the workout is very easy. No cumbersome bands, rods, cables etc to move around. You can customize or adjust your workout as needed depending upon time or physical restrictions. LOVE it!

I use my Total Gym every morning. I'm doing 3 reps at level 4. I've had my Total Gym for almost a month now and I can feel my strengths increasing, and my inner core becoming more toned. I can totally see myself using my Total Gym for the rest of my life. It is so easy to use! I LOVE IT
