2nd one ive used an like the XLS WAY MORE!!! 5 years of rugby has left me with allot of pain in my joints an back but this system has been my go to so i can still work out out at a high level twice a day if i want

Have had this total gym for, oh maybe 18 years!! Works just like it did the day we got it. Not sure how many years but it’s in excess of 15, possibly 20. We liove it and use it all the time (2 of us!!)

Had some issues getting set up . Password for the website won’t work. But as for the machine it’s wonderful , you can work as hard as you want . I find that using it five days a week with weekends off works for me . best multi-reps level 3 is perfect.
