Great bang for your buck.

I use the total gym 6 days a week 1 1/2 to 2 hours a night. I actually went to the gym one Friday night and after 15 minutes went home to use my total gym for a better workout and listen to my own music. The workout numbered cards are great for keeping track of exercises and I mix them up each workout to keep it fresh.I have lost 5% body fat and 8 total pounds body wieght in the past three weeks using the total gym and changing to a more vegan diet with meat only once a week. Thanks for the great product.

Great exercise machine, especially for the average middle age person looking for a good combined stretch/strength with mild cardio workout. Unit needs wheels for rolling across floor. Pins on workout card holder are flimsy - too easy to bend/break. Top bracket on vertical bar (has #6 on it) is obviously crooked. Quality Control???

The Total Gym XLS is great! My wife and I are using it with ease. The DVD was very helpful in getting started. I find the product sturdy, easy to use and of the finest quality. I personally respect Mr. Chuck Norris' recommendation as I believe he would not endorse a product he did not trust! I am an amateur martial artist and find this equipment a great addition to my workouts. Well Done Total Gym LLC!

I have not worked out in a long time, never found the right time to get to a gym. I was told about this product from a good friend and went online to check it out. I ordered it, and now i work out 5 to 6 days a week on it. I absolutely love it, and in the month i have had it, cannot believe how much better i feel and look! It makes me feel so much better about myself, and i now have more strength and have been able to cut my blood pressure pills in half. I am so happy with this product, it simply cannot be beat with the ease of use, and the versatility of it. I could go on and on but wont put to much here. By the way, i am 64 years old, and made a decision to start to work out, being its in my home, i can work out anytime i want to. I thank you so much for this Total Gym!
