I believe this is a good product and it all depends on your commitment as to what you get out of it. Improvements are needed on the accessories for example: the inserts on the wing attachement move and make it very annoying when attaching to the gym.
Pros: Easy Storage, Easy To Use, Easy To Set Up, Strengthens, Sturdy, Comfortable

Great Product!

On 12/11/10 I had a nasty fracture of my right lower leg that required X2 surgeries and no wt. bearing for months. Prior to that to keep in shape I would run 6 miles approx 5 to 6 times a week outside as we live many miles from a gym. I was so bumbed about no workout and then decided to get a total gym. I have been able to work out again and use even more muscle groups than I was using when I was running. I am 48 and just like to work out to feel stronger and helps my mental well being. I was needing something I could use with only one leg, in my home, and effective. I did find it with your product. When I have to go away from home I miss it! Wish they had these in hotel rec areas and gyms. Thank you!! Cindy

Love hate relationship with Total Gym

I need two knee replacements. Doctor will not replace them until I lose 25 lbs. I started using my Total Gym as soon as we recieved it. I do a 30 min workout every other day and in the last 3 weeks I have gone down a size but have only lost 6 lbs. I can now walk longer before dragging my left leg (the worse knee). Shopping is a little more enjoyable. I am disabled, but I refuse to use motorized carts. I have a love hate relationship with my Total Gym (named Egor). We live in an RV and Egor stands up in our living area. I have not yet used it for a coat rack as other exercise equipment that I have had. I actually look forward to setting it up, which is very easy, and get my workout in. Thank you for coming up with a product that works.

I love the quick impact that the Total Gym gives, when you have limited time in the morning before you head off to work. It gives you that extra boost to start the day!

This product is so easy to use. I am doing exercises at this timein my life, I never thought I would be doing. The fact that it sits right next to my "Favorite Toy" my computer is an added bonus. My husband bought this as a gift for me with the intention of motivation and an easy use. We finally found the miracle machine, its easy to use, makes exercising enjoyable and I am able to set goals that are both realistic and easy to attain.
