good all around machine

This is a great machine. I started working out with it about a month ago. Since then, along with a sensible Diet I have lost 15 pounds and lost 3 inches on my waist. I highly recommend it.

I use the product as an overall body workout & also to target specific problem areas such as stomach and upper thighs. The weight bearing exercises are good for helping to maintain strong bones which is important for women as they age.

The best physical work out I have bought

I use this product every day, I especially like the 8 minute work outs. I also use the abdomen accessory to help reduce my "gut" The only issue that I have had with it is moving it from one place in my gym to another place when it is folded.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Sturdy, Comfortable, Quiet, Easy To Use, Strengthens, Easy Storage
Cons: Bulky, Not Easy to Move

i love my total gym it is the easiest workout i have ever done and know when i am finished i have had a workout that gets heart rate up and addresses all areas of my body. i am currently doing the starter workout daily and am looking forward to moving into more intense workouts very soon.

wish I would have got one sooner

I have frozen shoulders and I am a diabetic. This has really helped to keep my shoulders loose, and I have lost weight which is also good for my health.My a1c level when I found out I was a diabetic was 12.9 it is now 6.5 My husband also has loved having this. He use to be a laborer and now has a desk job. He has lost weight and it is helping him to get back in shape without hurting himself. he was a laborer for 20 years sc his back and knees are not in the best of shape. With the total gym we can do so much and it is so easy to go from one thing to the next. I LOVE IT.

i have all but given up on loosing weight and doing any type of exercise at my age of 52. i am very happy with the ease of use and the low impact exercises that anybody at any age can do. I have owned and used the Total Gym for 3 weeks,at 3 days a week on the beginning training tape. and i have already lost 10 pounds. without dieting at all.. i am so impressed that i invited my sister in law to join me. we take turns and support each other she too has lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. we both love it. it is cost effective and a GOD send. i am so glad i gave it a try. i am not disappointed at all. Thank you Total Gym for a new outlook on a healthier life. the total gym does everything you claim it does.
