I have been a gym rat for almost 50 yrs, and I was looking for a way to work out without going to the gym because of Covid19. I am pleased with quality of the Total Gym and seems to be built as good as any of the equipment in the gym.
My first few workouts were interesting and it takes a while to get used to the Total Gym and the moving platform.
It has been almost a month and my work outs have become easier and I have adapted well to the Total Gym and I am very surprised how easy it is to get a good work out in a short amount of time.
