I'm actually using this workout equip

As a 63-year-old in good health, I wanted something that I would use regularly--something that would give me strength and weight loss. I tried another home gym product and stopped using it after a week. I continue to use Total Gym 3-5x a week. I like the variety of exercises available. The Total Gym gives you several levels and durations of workouts that fit nearly any fitness level (my wife uses the equipment at a lower incline and for less time). I'm very pleased with this workout equipment and already notice that my clothing is looser. I plan to keep using this for years.

Very smooth machine. I've owned free weights, a bowflex, a soloflex, and have gone to the gym. This is by far the best machine I have ever worked out on. Awesome!

The Total Gym has been a great asset to my family. Everyone in my family from 3 years old to 56 years old has been able to utilize this wonderful system.

Not too bulky. Fits right in a corner of living room. Quiet so I can workout early when everyone is sleeping. Could feel the difference after 1 workout. So glad I saw this on tv and didn't procrastinate. Really happy about all the pieces of equipment that came with this package. Grateful this wasn't a hype with flimsy equipment.

Storage convience

This is a great work out product. I'm amazed at the ease of use because I expected it to be hard to change strengths when working out but it was easy. The only problem I have with this product is storing it under the bed. The bed has to be raised in order to store the product. I had to purchase bed raisers for that. The bed must be raised at least 8 1/2-9 inches for it to fit under there. That's why I gave it 4 stars. Overall great product.

I have a herniated disk in my lower back. I started the ab and core exercises and I can now touch my toes and work with less pain. This product has really helped my posture and every day tasks.
