Incredible workout

I recently became dissabled due to a ileostomy.Before my illness,I was a gym rat working out everyday.Due to my condition, I can no longer use free weights.I became frail and thin,But since the purchase of my Total Gym,my life has changed!I use it every day!I have become totally fit once again.I love this product.You can work all your muscle groups without bulky weights ,straining yourself and in the convience of your own home.It changed my life around! I'am now in the best shape of my life and full of energy.It turned my life around.Never give up.Thank you,Total Gym !!

I work out every other day. Having the total gym in my home makes it easier for me to exercise than having to go to our fitness center. It certainly does give me a good workout.

The whole family needed to get fit. From my 6 and 7 year old to myself and husband, it is fun and easy to use. The 6-8 minute workouts fit great into a stay at home moms busy day as well as dad's hectic job. It is wonderful.

I'm ashamed I haven't had more discipline and used it as much as I'd planned. When I DO get on it, I LOVE the comfort of it. It's relaxing, actually, and smooth.

great for senior beginners because we can adjust workouts and difficulty. Trainers in the 6-8 minute workout video are wonderful. Video is extremely helpful.

I debated about buying the total gym for years. I started losing weight last year and got tried/bored with hand weights and video tapes so I decided to bite the bullet and buy one. I love all the different exercises that you can do so I won't get bored and will keep me motivated to keep my weight off. Thanks Total Gym!!!!!
