I am disappointed that there are not pilates cards to view or wall chart. My gym is located in a room without a dvd player.
Pros: Sturdy, Quiet, Easy To Use, Comfortable, Strengthens
Cons: No pilates cards to view

i've been working out with free weights since i was 15. at 51 this machine not only gives me the same pump, but is easy on the joints. a great investment!

Thought the Total Gym was all hype. Boy was I wrong !! I am 52 yrs old and havent worked out in 10yrs. Ordered this mackine and the first work out i found myself not wanting to stop!It was/is as easy to use as described advertised. I've used it daily for about two weeks and believe it or not i've lost five pounds already!!! (my goal is twenty). Thank you total gym. I cant say enough for this product except it has changed my life! I can't wait to get home to pull it out.

Having recovered from a heart attack in Nov. at 65 years old, I use the Total Gym 6 days a week for 30 minutes a day. It is excellent for strength training as well as cardio workouts, both important in repairing the heart and opening the arteries. In the short time that I have used it (2 months), I have lost weight, felt stronger and have toned down so much that people have noticed the difference. I am 100% satisfied with the product and I recommend it to anyone who will listen. I can't find a single complaint about the product - this coming from someone who loves to complain.

Success of a workout

The equipment set up easily and I was amazed at how out of shape I really am. (Even though round is a shape). I am a retired trooper and grandfather and I used to box, but age has caught up with me. This equipment is the best I have used for low impact with a good cardio workout. Hope to lose at least 50 pounds. So far I have lost 6.5 lbs in 2 wks with the video exercise of 6-10 minutes a day. My time is limited as I have a ministry to help those with drug problems, so this equipment is perfect for me and it does not cause the timidness of other equipment.
