Great product....so many different exercises to work every part of your body in one convenient, easy to use package!

couln't get a better workout else where. a different workout every day without haveing to leave home.

Easier to work than machines at gym.

I delayed buying The Total Gym because of reviews I read on various sites that suggested setting up in-between sets, for various muscle groups was a hassle with the various add on components etc. TO THE CONTRARY, I found that it is easier than setting up the next machine at the gym for height and resistance level, when somebody shorter than you used it last! I used to work out three times a week at the gym in college and I have to tell you this thing is a pleasure. I don't have to go anywhere to use it, and I can jump on it anytime I feel like it! Awesome! Thanks Total Gym!

I started out using my Total Gym every evening. I feel like I sleep better after a work out. I began by following along with the "starter program" and advanced after a week incorporating other excercises into my workout. I love that you can easily move from one excercise to another, quickly while keeping up your heart rate. I get the best of resitance training and cardio in half the time. I have been a gym member for many years & was skeptical. This fits my needs perfectly and it has turned out to be everything it was advertised to be.

Awesome Machine!

I injured my Achilles tendon last summer, gained alot of weight due to my lack of activity. Having ALIF of my L4L5 and L5S1 Fusion I was told I would have to exercise to keep my back from falling apart for the rest of my life. The Total Gym is easy for me to use, supports my back as I exercise and is actually very fun to use. [...] I would highly recommend this to anyone who has had Lumbar Fusion.

Total Gym Makes Exercise Easy

I am starting out on the first level and find it awkward trying to hold on to the pulley handles. Looks like there would be somewhere to hook them while you are trying to get on and off the seat or turning around. Also, I think it is awkward trying to hook and unhook the pulley underneath the seat for different exercises. I thought it would be easier to put under bed but decided to leave it up. I had a little trouble getting it together, but overall I really like it!
