Awesome Machine!!!

My schedule is such that I don't always have time to run on my treadmill and then do strength training. The Total Gym "fixed" that problem on the days I don't have time to run. I get a great cardio workout while doing most all of the exercises, and I can really see (and feel) the results! I have not had the opportunity to use the AbCrunch attachment yet, as it was on back order and I just received it, but I am VERY excited to see the results!! I would definitely recommend this machine to ANYONE in need of a piece of work-out equipment. The ONLY thing I can say "bad" about this machine is when you get on it and start working out it is so versatile and fun you tend to forget the time and may end up working out longer than you scheduled! LOL
Pros: Easy To Use, Quiet, Sturdy, Easy To Set Up, Convenient, Strengthens, Comfortable

I am able to do every exercise that I used to do with free whates and matchines. Its fast and efective, easy to change resistance.
Pros: Comfortable, Strengthens, Sturdy, Easy To Use, Quiet

This is a great product, I love it. It is very easy to setup and the exercizes are easy to follow. I like that I can do this in my home. I have already seen results and have lost 15 lbs. since I recieved it about 4 weeks ago!!!! I use it every day!!!!!!

I love it...I'm really glad I bought it....once I put it away though, I haven't gotten it back out.....it wasn't as easy to store away as I thought...it didn't fit under the bed or in the closet...have had a hard time getting motivated to get it out....but for the 3 weeks I used it religiously, then had company and had to put it away!!! Too bad it doesn't come with an alarm that goes off to say, "hey, what's up with you not using me today!!!"

Cons: Not as easy to store, Bulky

Amazingly Simple/Surprisingly Effective

I just don't have the time to spend hours at the gym so I needed a fitness routine that would be a heavy weight champ in providing fast and effective results. The Total Gym has what I needed and then some. The 6 to 12 minute workout videos are great for people who are pressed for time, like me. But when I have some extra time, the Total Gym offers everything that a gym membership could give me but at a much lower cost. The Total Gym is simple, effective and limitless in the fitness arena. I also help my 9 year old workout on it and he really enjoys that. I would recommend it for any household.

I use the Total Gym everyday. I have been doing the six day workout DVD and tried the Pilates workout for the first time last weekend. I feel so much better already! Yeah Total Gym. Finally something I will use.

Travel Nurse....Cardio on the Go

I am a travel nurse and joining gym's in different states was too expensive. Also, I have a son who is handicapped and this portable home equipment has given him the opportunity to do a well rounded workout in private. We are very pleased and have seen and felt results already. My son states, Chuck Norris would never steer you wrong. Obviously, he is a long time fan!

Great for the whole family. My 15,21 and 25 year old son and daughter love it. I love it because it is easy to use for someone that is getting back into fitness. The cards are easy to use and can be specific to what your needs are. Great product.
